November 4, 2013 By Josh Plotkin 6 Comments

Are you getting frustrated with all of the problems in Brazil?

Watch this video to learn about a simple activity you can perform to improve your mood.

Your thoughts determine your actions, which determines the results you get out of life.

If you are constantly focused on the negative, if you constantly look around for problems in your life, then you are going to get negative results.

Whenever you catch yourself thinking a negative thought, think of something you can be grateful for.

You have a lot to be grateful for, don’t you? You have your health, you have a computer, you have internet, you have electricity. Thats more than a lot of people have.

By focusing on things that you are grateful for you can improve your mood and help avoid getting burnt out on Brazil.
