Up until now my system has been to deal with these requests in a very unsystematic way. If a school or teacher comes to mind when someone emails me, then I send them a referral. If not then I give some general advice and point them in the right direction for how they can solve the problem themselves.
Given the large number of teachers that are looking for work in Brazil as well as the number of schools looking to hire English teachers, it’s time to change this system.

If you’re an English teacher, fill out this form and leave your information indicating that you’re interested in being contacted about work opportunities. If something comes up that fits your profile I’ll let you know.
If you’re an English school, fill out this form and leave your information indicating that you’re interested in receiving English teacher referrals. When I meet a teacher that fits into what you’re looking for, I’ll pass them along your way.
